Do not mistake that you can still see tons of internet marketing e-mails in your inbox these days. But I treat them all as friends not enemies. But let me correct something here - Spammers are very definitely not welcome.

I M Open Season

As I surf through my e-mails, I counted slowly at first, then I just started hitting delete in a big way - just to keep my sanity.

This is Internet Marketing Open Season. Have all these IM guys gone crazy? I can’t believe there’s that much money available with all these offers out there.

My sense is that there can’t be enough room for new IM players to make it really big unless more new would be players or Newbies are on the market today.

Come clean now guys - it’s getting very much harder now isn’t it?

Why do I say that?

Well, look at the number of e-mails spurting out of those autoresponders per marketer. Up to 6 aday is not uncommon during a launch. Daily e-mails or twice daily e-mails is common now. All fighting for that ever rarer opt-in and even more difficult “buy”. It’s a numbers game and the little guys must be getting pretty discouraged without the bigger budgets of their “gurus”.

And you know what? I hate to say this but I’m getting very tired of those endless streams of e-mails and I’m actually considering using the “Report Spam” button for at least 95% of them…

But I recognise that they are all trying to make a living, I’ll politely just nudge them into classified folders and “junk” mail. AT least, they won’t be banned. Besides, some of these e-mails have really good info on them.

Well, I won’t be naming names then as I had originally intended to blow the whistle on the worst offenders. Friends of mine have been complaining bitterly and are asking me to lend a hand and get the overzealous ones banned by their e-mail client provider.

Sorry guys, I won’t go that far. Legitimate businesses on the Internet need to continue. ANd yes, I whole heartedly agree on getting the spammers and scammers off-line for good.

Webinars Build IM Communities.

Participating in webinars can either be a real pain if it’s one of those horrible boring ones about another regurgitated IM stuff. And then there’s that drone…drone…drone…ZZZZZZzzzzz (sorry, that’s myself).

Then once in a while you get yourself into a gem and you’re stuck on it again and again. You listen in and get compelled to participate even if it is the repeat webinar. The the very best ones you simply get stuck on it - in fact, hundreds of people get stuck on it like insects to a flame (without that burning insect smell).

This is a tip from The 16 Steps To Success - beware the Copyright - so I made my own…

I have a confession, I got drawn in by one - the very first time a webinar got my attention so strongly.
I never thought about it until now, and here’s what I think happened…

1) A big success story - The Blog King himself Jack Humphrey - sent out a couple of e-mails to his list and drove a very expectant list of people to this webinar called The 16 Steps To Success. Here’s the Blog - CLICK HERE.

2) Excitement apart, even within the very first webinar, everyone was raving about the fantastic content for FREE!

3) Then the guy, the MAN, SAM Clark, was doing the delivery. A very friendly, personable voice who really connects with everyone in a very genuine tireless way for over 2 hours at a time. It was always a tip a minute. Never boring.

4) Not convinced? Hundreds still stay after the webinar to chat and ask questions and then simply let their hair down and be one of the guys. And you bet, Sam stays to chill out, answer questions, be a resource and plays his kind of music. And who can wonder about his rapport.

The 16 Steps To Success is probably the best Webinar I’ve ever participated in about an Internet Business Training Program.

Play It Again Sam…

Income.

Now who just doesn’t love having more income? There are people in this world, believe it or not who actually tries and help others make more money. So okay, some of them actually make a killing while doing it.

Bear in mind, some of these people actually have the best intentions. And really, there’s nothing wrong with making a good income while helping others succeed.

Some people I have come across complain bitterly that rich people should simply not charge for anything to help have-nots people make it. A Fair enough statement but this is what I’ve found and it is sadly ironic.

Nearly every single one of those freebie “make more money” programs will have tons of people drive towards getting the program for free. And then a strange phenomenon occurs. Nothing else happens. That initial drive simply stalls. Because it’s free, these people placed no value on the program and thus all that cost, time, great intentions and effort was left to waste by the very people clamouring for it.

So, enter, John Reese and Income.com. Sure, he helps people make money and surely too after 18 years of being in the internet business, he is one of the very top internet marketer honchos around.

Check out his programs now and you’ll find tons of freebies and resources for free. But at the same time, he creates more programs and makes millions of dollars a year. Here’s a likeable guy who’s been on the internet forever.

His first main claim to fame was his million dollar day with Traffic Secrets, a thousand dollar product launched a few years ago. Now he has launched TS 2 - Traffic Secrets 2.0 - which sells for only $397 and you will also be included in his Income.com forum. Now you can get more information to this program and John’s blogs CLICK HERE.

Community Investment - The Party

Quick, what’s the fastest and easiest way to have your cake and eat it - i.e. make yourself popular?
A community barbecue. Have a party. Food and drinks.
There, you have 3 quick answers.

Then I realized too, the best parties are really the company and true buzz and fun - music, jokes and lots of finger foods. Forget the over elaborate party dress and catered food. People want to have fun. All my neighbours do that and make so much noise the cops peek in but never say a word. How could they when they leave with mouths full of chicken wings and handfulls of pop (err beer)?

This very loose togetherness simply makes for good neighbours and neighbourhood. A very simple investment for the future that brings in better than average ROI. It’s all low cost investments with high returns.

Jumping Over My Fence

That’s a tall order - literally. From my “vantage” point somewhere about a meter below the top of the fence, I watched as a black squirrel deftly scrambled along the wooden fence and scampered up a tree with his new born prize - a piece of fruit it dug out of the ground.

Right now, all I can do is hold onto the fence post and haul myself up to try to peek over the neighbour’s yard to continue watching that little rascal’s antics. Yes, it’s such a bold little rascal. It had just taken that morsel only about a meter from my wheelchair. And now staring at me from his low perch and gobbling up his little stash.

It livened up my morning and I was amazed I had forgotten the pain in my legs as I sat myself down rather gingerly. I smiled as I bathed in the warm sun and light breeze of these last days of Summer. The sound of the waterfall from my pond was so soothing…

There was a loud screech and yowl over where the squirrel was. I noticed a feral cat had climbed onto the tree and had cornered a little black patch of fur. That little guy was about to become lunch himself!

Somehow, I gathered enough strength to grasp the top of the fence and sprang right over it. Oh Yes! I made over the fence. In elation I whooped it up and scared the living daylights out of both predator and prey. They scrambled in their seperate ways because of this new intruder…

Taking a deep breath, I opened my eyes and here was this bold little rascal on my lap staring intently at my eyes as I awoke with a start. But it was good to feel so alive again.

Wheelchair Lifestyle

Moving around the Toronto Region in a wheelchair is certainly not the easiest mode of mobility. In fact going anywhere ia a wheelchair is a pain. I bumb into people; people let the doors slam onto me; younger people are too ambarrased to wait and try to sneak in ahead of me when I’m trying to open the door; a 2 inch rise in the sidewalk and I get stuck. Ai! What I’d do to have both my legs working again.

But then as I sit here and browse the you tube’s little movies and news, I remembered something about the Paralympics. You know, the Olympics for those that often can’t walk; can’t see; can’t…?

Can’t? Don’t tell all these people they can’t! Just look at them. Just look at what they can do on wheelchairs at the basketball court. Watch them run, swim and….Here just watch this video. You’ll realize as I did what incredible atheletes they are.

Story from “60 Seconds” - watch!

“Now, if only I wasn’t in so much pain…and 25 years younger….and…”That’s what I heard a fellow hot-rodder lament.

The greater pain is in giving up and refusing to find ways to live and be as productive and competitive as you can be.

Now those atheletes, I congratulate you all. They didn’t roll over and play dead as so many sorry a**** do. You are all heroes.

Is any wonder that many of the great achievers are more likely now to be made known via the internet? Think about it. more than 20% of the people on earth are already using the internet. That’s many more times than the more ancient newspaper readership.

In fact,

Know him? He’s all over the internet and all over the psyche of the man who popularized getting rich with his now immortalized “Think and Grow Rich”.

Is it any wonder that with the internet this man is now immortalized. Many people will decry that and instead claim the “Secret” Movie is the real cause to his claim. Not really, in fact, this book and this writer are one of the main sources for the source material for the Secret Movie itself.

It took more than 80 years since writing his immortalized into the public domain book. Granted, he was commissioned by one of the richest man in the world at the time, Andrew Carnegie, to research and write about why some people - a very few in fact get to be so wealthy. This wealth is not just money. These people have linked and were able to build generational wealth. Their entire families, friends and even communities eventually benefit from their work - their wealth building.

What an amazing story - about a child born into poverty in 1902, an achieving immortality. Even after his death many years later.
