Then I realized too, the best parties are really the company and true buzz and fun – music, jokes and lots of finger foods. Forget the over elaborate party dress and catered food. People want to have fun. All my neighbours do that and make so much noise the cops peek in but never say a word. How could they when they leave with mouths full of chicken wings and handfulls of pop (err beer)?
This very loose togetherness simply makes for good neighbours and neighbourhood. A very simple investment for the future that brings in better than average ROI. It’s all low cost investments with high returns.
